The stick will need to be booted up at startup for most of the options. Portable Apps can be run within your current Windows, or via Hirens on the USB.

PC Repair Tools
This includes
Hirens Boot CD on USB. This will boot into it’s own Windows Environment and contains many tools that I hope you find useful to Repair your PC, recover files, check for viruses etc etc. You can also access the Portable Apps from Hirens by selecting the Programs Folder in the file manager.
Jayro’s LockpickThis is a bunch of specialist tools to access forgotten passwords, licence keys etc etc . This boots into it’s own Windows Environment. Credit goes to Jayro and you can find support on her website. Please note that any virus software may detect some of the software as a virus, because it is accessing password licence files etc. These are false positives.
Windows Repair and Install
This folder contains install files for Windows 10 & 11. Use this to reinstall Windows, install on a new PC, or repair your current Windows installation. Please note that keys do not come with this.
Portable Apps
Portable Apps can be run in any windows environment, either Winpe such as the Hirens install, or your current Windows installation. Click on the Start.exe file on the root of this USB to get started, or click on any exe file in the program folder.
Portable apps includes Snappy Driver Origin where you can install/reinstall drivers for your PC.
