1. Digital Products (Downloads)
Digital software products are delivered by email.
A download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
The activation key required to use the software will be sent separately after purchase.
No physical item will be shipped for digital orders.
2. USB Products
USB versions of our software are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UK Only)
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Available shipping options:
- Standard Shipping – Free (2–5 working days)
- Express Shipping – £3 (1–2 working days)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders.
Express shipping is available for £3.
5. Tracking Information
Some orders may include tracking depending on the shipping method chosen.
If tracking is available, it will be emailed to you once the order is dispatched.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will investigate.
A replacement USB may be issued if the item is confirmed lost.
8. Damaged Items
If your USB arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
