- physically on a USB drive.
All software is genuine, licensed, and provided with full instructions.
3. Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- your device meets the system requirements
- you download and store the files safely
Digital products are non‑returnable once downloaded.
4. USB Delivery
USB products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on location.
If a USB arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it.
5. Licensing
All software is licensed to you for personal use.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of license keys or files is prohibited.
6. Refunds
Refunds are offered in the following cases:
- USB product arrives damaged
- USB product fails and we cannot replace it
- You purchased the wrong item and have not downloaded or used the software
Digital downloads cannot be refunded once accessed.
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer refunds on used or activated software at our sole discretion. This is assessed on a case‑by‑case basis and is not guaranteed.
7. Order Errors
If you make a mistake during checkout, contact us immediately.
We cannot correct orders after digital files have been delivered.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
