1. USB Products
What’s included with the USB version?
The USB stick contains the software installer and a text file with your activation key. Instructions are available on our website and can be accessed using the QR code included with your order.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is free and usually arrives within 2–5 working days. Express shipping (£3) normally arrives in 1–2 working days.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently ship to UK addresses only.
What if my USB arrives damaged?
Contact us and we’ll replace it at no cost.
What if my USB doesn’t work?
We will send a replacement USB after confirming the issue.
2. Digital Downloads
How do I receive my download?
A download link will be emailed to you after purchase. Your activation key will be sent separately.
How long does it take to receive the download?
The download link is sent automatically after checkout.
When will I receive my activation key?
Activation keys are issued manually, so they are sent as soon as possible but may take up to 24 hours.
What if the download link doesn’t work?
Contact us and we’ll reissue the link.
Can I re‑download the software later?
Yes. If you lose your link, we can resend it.
3. Activation Keys
Where do I find my activation key?
For USB orders, your activation key is included on the USB in a text file.
For digital downloads, your activation key is emailed separately.
How long does it take to receive my activation key?
Activation keys are issued manually, so they are sent as soon as possible but may take up to 24 hours.
Why is the activation key sent separately for downloads?
Each key is unique and must be issued manually to ensure authenticity.
What if my activation key doesn’t work?
Contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue or issue a replacement where appropriate.

Where are the installation instructions?
Instructions are available on our website. You can access them using the QR code included with your order or via the link provided.
Are instructions included on the USB?
No. Instructions are kept online so they can be updated easily.
Do I need internet access to view the instructions?
Yes, you’ll need internet access to view the online instructions.
Who provides software support?
Software support is provided directly by the software companies, not by Stick Lane.
We include links to the official support pages for each product so you can get help from the developers if needed.
5. Orders & Payments
Can I create an account?
Yes. You can create an account during checkout or on the My Account page. This allows you to access downloads and view past orders.
Can I checkout as a guest?
Yes. You don’t need an account to place an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and other secure payment methods shown at checkout.
6. Refunds & Returns
Can I get a refund on digital products?
Digital downloads are non‑refundable once the download link has been accessed.
Can I get a refund on USB products?
Yes, if:
- the USB arrives damaged
- the USB is faulty and cannot be replaced
- you purchased the wrong item and have not downloaded or used the software
Do you ever refund used software?
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer refunds on used or activated software at our discretion.
What if I ordered the wrong version?
