This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled by Stick Lane, a trading name of House of Toviel Ltd.

1. Digital Products (Downloads)
Digital software products are delivered instantly after purchase.
Once the download link has been accessed, the product is considered used.
Digital products are non‑refundable unless required by law.

2. USB Products
USB versions of our software are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Refunds are available in the following situations:

  • The USB arrives damaged
  • The USB is faulty and we cannot replace it
  • You purchased the wrong item and have not downloaded or used the software

If a USB is returned, it must be in its original condition.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, we may offer refunds on used or activated software at our sole discretion.
This is assessed on a case‑by‑case basis and is not guaranteed.

4. Order Errors
If you made a mistake during checkout, contact us immediately.
We cannot amend or cancel orders after digital files have been delivered.

5. Replacement Policy
If your USB is faulty, we will replace it at no cost.
If your download link fails, we will reissue it.
